We are very lucky to have Wai Wai as our ID for our new house. Before meeting Zenith Arc and Wai Wai, we met several IDs and most of them are only able to provide basic information/advice on how they would design and work with us but without any 2D sketch or materials to make us feel comfortable with the decision to go ahead with them. This completely changed after meeting Wai Wai at Zenith Arc.In our first meet up, she asked us, how are we going to decide on an ID if everyone just give us advice and portfolio and nothing else? For our next meeting, Wai Wai went ahead and did a 2D sketch for our kitchen and this gives us confidence that Wai Wai is not just an ID that talks, but walk the talk. Being able to see the actual sketch and layout of how the kitchen will look like and giving practical advice on design is what makes Wai Wai stands out amongst the ID we met.Wai Wai has amazing design/sketching skills and is able to edit on the spot, allowing us to visualise how the layout will look like. We began our renovation journey by meeting up with 7-8 IDs and Hee Ruey was among the 3 whom we shortlisted. We eventually chose her as she was in our view the best communicator who is fluently bilingual and expresses herself clearly (even over text!). She was not pushy and let us take the time we needed to decide. What we liked was the fact that she was attentive to our needs/preferences right from our very first meeting. Despite being one of the youngest IDs we'd encountered, she was knowledgeable and capable of balancing form and function in her ideas. She was also unassuming and made sure to check and revert on our queries.Prior to the start of the renovation, discussions with Hee Ruey were almost always smooth and pleasant. Her patience with us was commendable as she would always spend time providing us with detailed explanations and answers to our questions. Even when it came to points of contention (e.g., the location of aircon trunking/box-up, the number of lights and type of switches), discussions were always professional as Hee Ruey would voice her concerns without pressuring us to agree to her suggestions. We appreciated her opinions and willingness to accept our choices as it enabled us to make informed decisions without unnecessary stress or judgment.While the first couple of weeks were hectic and stressful, the rest of the renovation process was hassle-free and smooth sailing, much to Hee Ruey’s credit. Any minor hiccups were rectified quickly and our home was never in danger of becoming a nightmare to build. Hee Ruey was meticulous in her work and would painstakingly explore the pros and cons of each option with us just to make sure we carefully considered them. She was consistent from start to finish and there were no doubts that she would see the project through. Now that our home has been completed, we would like to thank Hee Ruey and her team of contractors for a job well done.Hee Ruey made a promise to help build our dream home and she has indeed delivered: our renovation chapter was as smooth as we could possibly have asked for. WOM to WOW!“It truly feels like a showroom!” This is the feedback we received the moment our guests stepped into our home designed by Jordan from Zeniths Arc.When we are shortlisting for ID, all of them came back with a pluck and play design which does not gel into our house with an unique structure. Through word of mouth (WOM), our close friends recommended Zeniths Arc as they had seen many successful home designs when they went for house warming.From WOM to WOW, we are truly blessed to meet a dependable yet creative interior designer who bring out the best and unique design for our home. Unlike other interior designers we have met, he truly understands our preferences and customise the design. He simply has a way to understand our inner thoughts before we articulate out or even at times we are unable to explain what we truly want; in a split moment, “voila”, he can turn a faint idea into reality.As Jordan and his troop are experienced and work with great synergies, the whole rework of the house was a surprisingly pleasant and Fun process, from confirming a design concept, down to selection of tiles to soft furnishing and unboxing the house like a pressie. The entire pre and post services for this journey are top notch.Not forgetting to mention that during the critical renovation period, we are down with covid so we are unable to go on-site for review or involve in problem solutioning. So initially I was not keen to take on an ID due to extra costs incurred in the renovation of our resale unit and having someone who may have conflicting interests direct a project for my future home - but with work and other commitments occupying the majority of my time I found getting an ID to be, ultimately, a great investment.We went though numerous (numerous, numerous, numerous) IDs before settling on Hee Ruey as on top of a great initial pitch we found her to be the most genuine and transparent among the IDs we had screened, and also felt that she would be invested in our home as much as we were, as opposed to going for other so-called "brand-name" IDs we spoke to that charged premium rates but it was obvious to us they had their attention constantly divided between their various portfolio commitments.Hee Ruey accompanied us through the home layout design process and was patient with our multiple revisions (a process which you may go through yourself as you start to conceptualise how you can "zeng" your new home, and the costs involved) and she accommodated our timeline and preferences without being pushy or demanding. She also gave sound advice that we were glad we ultimately followed/regretted not following which adds to her credibility as a reliable ID.She was also excellent at contractor management and getting things moving, she kept one eye on the project timeline when we couldn't afford to due to other distractions.We also recently did defects check and handovers but we noticed only very minor defects - very normal and nothing that couldn't be remedied across a day or two - which was a huge relief given the number of post-COVID renovation horror stories that have been surfacing to date.She was also responsive to our various requests/queries and we felt she really cared about the home we were building as much as we did.In summary - we were overall consistently impressed by her performance which is a difficult thing to say for someone you may generally be working with for over half a year; we would definitely recommend her to anyone considering doing ID, whether a light renovation or complete makeover.

My wife and I would like to express our thank you to Alan Leong for making our beautiful home. How we started our journey is similar to others.How we started: We were searching for a suitable ID in Qanvast and came across this portfolio that was designed by Alan. We were attracted by how he had designed for the owner. We went down to listen how he did up for the owner and had shared to him the theme and requirement we wanted for our home. Alan was creative and gave his opinions & suggestion to help us accomplish our initial stage. Definitely most house owner did the same as we did, comparing all quotes to find the cheapest. The difference we had was that Alan did up the sketch layout drawing to show us how our house layout to-be. On first glance, we were excited as he assisted to add on more ideas and plan to what we initially gave. It gave us better visibility to the execution plan he will be doing.Why choose Him and not others ? Well, there are many IDs in Singapore and I would say it is the special one that your heart wants you to choose. There was good chemistry and we were able to joke and talk out what things we wanted with him. He gave his professional expertise in renovation skill by sharing what we should or should not do for our home. The price is competitive and it did met our budget. Without much consideration, he is our first choice.Any difficulty you had with him? I believe covid period is a tough year for every renovation company. You will encounter delays or worried on price increase. We did experienced delay but it was reasonable and resolved by Alan. He explained and rectify any issue that causes. The importance is the recovery effort and professional planning done by Alan.Drawing Vs Reality: I am pleased to say this. The 3D drawing is beautiful. When we first saw the drawing, we like it a lot. We made a couple of changes and finally begin our renovation process. Today, we compared it against the drawing, it matches what it was provided and shown. Wonderful isn’t it.Conclusion: Renovation process is not easy and patience is the key to everything. You need an ID whom not only understand what you want but also able to explain the technical knowledge of the house to build your dream home. And Alan definitely met the requirement. Communications with Wai Wai is always a breeze since our first meeting. Being a 3D artist herself, she impressed us with a preliminary 3D design in our second meeting, and subsequently the few round of 3D drawings. Wai Wai was always very patient and responsive to our questions and requests, understood our needs well and has given us practical suggestions for our home design for an easy-to-maintain and yet stylish home design. We were on a tight renovation timeline, but Wai Wai managed to deliver a beautiful move-in condition within 2 months and kept within budget too. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful home <3

We engaged Alan & Wai Wai from Zenith Arc to take on our home renovation project within short notice and compressed design timeline. Throughout the entire design process, Alan demonstrated his experience and talent in interior design. Wai Wai could propose simple yet effective ID elements for the various spaces, at the same time helping us translate and incorporate our ideas into the design. Both complement each other really really well. We could trust their recommendations wholeheartedly. We appreciate their considerations to the little details of home living which allowed their designs to be charming without sacrificing practicality. We're still amazed at their ability to sketch out their designs in 3D perspective on the fly for us to visualize before making design decisions. During the construction phase, Both managed the site works as well. They worked professionally and adept in coordinating the various works whilst providing us constant updates at each milestone. They were also very understanding and patient to deal with various unforeseen site issues as well as delays of our fitments. We were assured that any of our comments and queries will be taken care of swiftly and surely. All in all, we are pleased with the workmanship. Of course there are some minor reno defects, but they resolved the issue quickly, and went the extra mile to ensure they were rectified smoothly and properly. Our home turned out to be perfect. They had been extremely dedicated to the project, and even stayed till late just to go through the designs with us. They had been conscientious, responsive to our messages and reacted quickly to site issues. We deeply appreciate their hard work, and it had been a great pleasure and honor to have them working on our home. We highly recommend Zenith Arc, and especially Alan and Wai Wai to anyone who wish to renovate their home. You can be assured that it will be one that is homely, unpretentious, endearing and purposeful all in a complete package.

Alan was recommended by a friend which initially wasn't my 1st choice of ID. As this is the 3rd house that I'm renovating, I spoke to countless IDs. Plus I am doing this alone and so I needed an ID that could understand exactly what I needed and wanted without me having to follow up and check all the time.After a few consultation with Alan, I decided to engage Zentih Arc given that he has given me a 3D walkthrough on the very 1st meetup which none of the IDs did. Alan gave ideas and views on space planning and also on what are feasible. That gave me more insight on what I could do to my dream home.3D drawings were also given to me shortly after I have confirmed. And that was a godsend for me to know exactly what sort of furniture and colour I should lookout for. There were a few amendments to the 3D and the amendments were done up quickly so that I could sleep on the drawings and digest.Base in the 3Ds, the shopping for tiles were more focused and was done very quickly. Also base on the drawings, I could trust Alan to decide on the wall colours.Alan was able to handover the house to me on my given date although it was only 95% completed. During the whole renovation, I didn't have much time to check on the progress. However, Alan would send me pics and videos to update me. That gave me more assurance that renovation was going as planned.I have moved into my dream home for 2 weeks now and there are bound to have small little flaws here and there which Alan had been diligently following up and rectifying them.Overall, Alan knows exactly what he is doing and is beyond expectations with his good attitude, diligence in following up and the workmanship of his workers are top notch.Would definitely recomend Alan from Zentih Arc to anyone that wants to do any renovations.Well done Alan !

We have met a few IDs before deciding to sign with Alan from Zenith Arc. Definitely not the cheapest quotation, but what made us decided to engage Alan is his work attitude and how he can accommodate to our requirements. Alan followed up after the first meeting, and revise the layout planning for few times.Our renovation was quite extensive including demolition of existing carpentry and flooring overlay. Alan was able to handle the tight timeline and we moved in to the new place with the renovation was 90% completed, the remaining was completed within one week after we moved in.Alan also responded to all the minor issues after we moved in. A very responsible ID that is rare to come by in this industry.The color scheme and the end products come out very close to the graphic design. They use BLUM for their carpentry and they are very proud of the workmanship for their carpentry.

We almost turned Alan down as we had received initial quotes from a handful of IDs. However, Alan was very genuine in getting to know our needs and limitations. He was also extremely passionate and we knew we had to give him a chance. He never let us down.We told Alan that we need the house to be ready in at least 4 months and he delivered it right on time so we managed to move our belongings out of our previous home before the due date. This was not an easy feat as we had heard from previous IDs how the timeline was pretty tight especially since we were doing a full renovation. Each visit to see the progress of the house impressed us especially how much work has been done within a short time! I also picked Alan because he is experienced in working with EMs and his work is in line with our design preference of a minimalist scandinavian concept. Despite giving his professional advise on the aesthetics of the house, he still gave us the freedom and opportunity to make our own choices.Alan was also very detailed. One example was how he boxed up the electrical and aircon wires and pipes, as well as the remains of the previous aircon compressor, something which was really bothering me. He is also earnest in his work and rectifies any problems that arise after the renovation was completed such as replacing a cracked window pane. We are really satisfied with his service! We engaged Jacob and Zenith for renovation of a resale 3bd condo. The main scope is to open up / renovate the kitchen and renovate the bathroom. Jacob is super experienced and gave many practical advises which helps balancing durability and aesthetic. The whole process is rather effortless. Once we fixed the design / choice of materials, it was a hands off execution process. Our project was impacted by labour shortage during Covid and extended by a month to total 4 months of renovation. But it all turned out well. I would highly recommend Jacob to everyone who is looking for practical advise and someone who is strong in execution and pays attention to details.

We engaged Alan from Zenith Arc as our ID. Overall experience with him was Great! Alan was attentive to us and accomodating to our needs and wants. He is willing to try new ideas even though he never did before or have any prior experience in that design.He updated us timely with the renovation even though the date we started our renovation was during the circuit breaker.We were quite worried with the renovation as we heard alot of bad experiences from others about their ID. Alan is very professional and really listens to our needs and provides recommendations for our lovely abode. Out of the reno companies that we consulted, Zenith (Alan) was most consistent and followed up with us to check if what was proposed worked for us. The whole process of renovation was also hassle-free and we were kept updated as well. Alan worked on our 4RM resale flat and we would definitely recommend him for his work ethic, responsiveness and professionalism.The biggest highlight for us was that our renovation journey was smooth and delivered on time. Got to know Zenith Arc through a Qanvast event and we chose Alan as our ID. Was impressed with his design and he was also the only ID who went the extra mile to give us a 3D walkthrough right from the start of how the design to give us a better visualisation.Although there were small hiccups during the reno process, Alan is responsible and ensure that all issues are rectified and suggest alternative solutions. He also saved us a lot of time and effort by helping to oversee and liaise everything even though he’s also very busy.Workmanship is also pretty decent and we’re happy with how the house turned out at the end!

We selected Zenith Arc among a handful of other ID shortlists. The primary consideration among other things was if the designer(jacob) assigned by zenith can get along with us. During the finalization we had this belief. Ultimately it turned out to be correct. Jacob is so pleasant to work with, friendly, accommodating, keen listening ability which resulted in an overall awesome experience for us. Not once did we hear 'no' from him and even at the last minute he was able to factor in our design changes (altar design, false ceiling design for in-ceiling speakers, laminate changes)prompt replies, upfront suggestions, hearing contrary view points, humble and politeness are his forte.
